I have potatoes, could bake or mash them? What would you rather have with barbecue beef spare ribs?

I am having my brother’s family over for a barbecue. I have a 3 and 5 year old nephews. I really have never fed little kids before, what do kids that age like to eat? What could I make them on the grill for a barbecue?

This summer, I’m planning to host a barbecue at the lake for four of my friends. What are some foods/implements I should not neglect to have by any means? (Note: Only burgers and hot dogs will be served, not steaks.)

We have lots of potato salad, burger patties, barbecue chicken, and hot dogs. There’s no way we’re going to finish all this off. Will it reheat well if we freeze it? How do you recommend storing these items?
