My 2 yr old LOVED this and played with it for hours – until we added sand. Then the hand pump got stuck, and the drain clogged. This is best used with just the water feature. She had more fun pumping the water and mixing just the water. We later got a sand table and she got creative and started adding the sand to the kitchen (which should be OK seeing as how it IS a mudpie kitchen).

My girls loves this thing, but it is messy, might as well hose them off in the garage after they are done because all the mud is on them.

I bought this sink at the beginning of the summer for my two year old boys. The pump is too difficult for them to push down and after it was played with (to make mud pies…which is the intention of this toy)dirt became lodged around the pump handle making it impossible for ME to push down. The handle of the mixer has broken as well. Every kid that has come over here is immediately drawn to the sink but it just is not sturdy enough. So, great idea but poor construction. For use with just water I’m sure it would be fine. I wish I could find another product similar to this but well built.

I bought this Mudpie Kitchen for my 3 yr old granddaughter. I did, however, get “parental permission” before doing so! It turned out to be one of her favorite birthday presents and one that I’ve played with too. She’s only had it a few weeks and she always wants to go out to make some “mud soup”. She loves the water that comes out of the faucet and when she uses the mixer, it’s just like the one that mom uses. It’s a sure fire hit with the kids, however, I would suggest getting the Ok from the parents before you buy it!

I bought this for my daughter who was turning 4 at the time and she absolutely loves it along with her 8 year old sister and 3 year old brother. It is fun for everyone.
