Ok, maybe I am wrong, but who has time to sit and read or locate anything in this book. I wish he could condense the books he has written a little bit. Once again, I bought this for my hubby in hopes of some amazing ribs, but it just scared him away. Would he have to go out and buy a whole new gril?

The book arrived timely and in the described condition. It has great technical grillin tips and procedures, so it’s great for that. But your buck stops there.

Detailed in all aspect, and idea for family barbeque serving less than 10 people. If you plan to hold a banquet, following this book might be a little bit tedious. But overall, an excellent book for small families.
